寧波雙利是一家生產全自動中空吹塑機的現代化制造廠。制造的中空吹塑機可生產各種塑膠材質的中空制品，如PP,PE,PVC,EVA,PS,ABS,TPR,TPE等。自生產5ML-10L小型中空制品的SL系列至20L-1000L大型中空制品的SL系列，皆有良好口碑。年生產能力達300多臺。堅持品質是雙利的一貫傳統。

SLB系列
1：模頭機構：采用分流式連體模頭，不竄料，塑化更均勻，內壁電鍍處理，不積料，料胚更光滑。
2：塑化系統：變頻電機硬齒面減速箱加氮化料筒螺桿，變頻調速，節能，產量穩定。
3：電控系統：采用PLC人機界面，所有參數設定，修改，檢索均可視化操作，系統運行穩定，定位準確。
4：應用領域：食品，醫藥，石油，化工，日化，汽車，工具，玩具等行業。
5：可配套自動除溢裝置：配套割口裝置及拉底裝置，全自動操作，省人工。
SLB series

3控制系統：整機動作控制采用PLC人機界面，顯示機械動作的實時監控功能，可顯示多種語言，如，中文，英文等，實現系統多功能和智能化。
4擠出系統：采用變頻調速電機驅動和硬齒面減速器，螺桿設計既能滿足高產量，也能塑化均勻。
5：開合模系統：單，雙工位平移+線性導軌+大梁壁圓柱軸，機器運行更穩定。
SLBY series;

5：開合模系統：大梁臂，三點位，中心鎖模機構，鎖模力均衡，不變形，有精度高，阻力少，速度快等特點。
