寧波雙利位于杭州灣新區(qū)，是一家生產(chǎn)全自動中空吹塑機的現(xiàn)代化制造廠。制造的中空吹塑機可生產(chǎn)各種塑膠材質(zhì)的中空制品，如PP,PE,PVC,EVA,PS,ABS,TPR,TPE等。自生產(chǎn)5ML-10L小型中空制品的SL系列至20L-1000L大型中空制品的SL系列，皆有良好口碑。雙利吹塑機可以吹制PE，PVC，PP，PS,EVA,ABS等多種中空原料。產(chǎn)品有旋轉(zhuǎn)式吹瓶機、往復(fù)式吹瓶機、兌口式吹瓶機、兩工位、四工位、六工位、塑料擠出機、三層共擠擠出機等各種類型。產(chǎn)品采用杰牌減速機、變頻調(diào)速、日本歐姆龍接近開關(guān)、上海氣動原件。

SLBY系列;
1:此機結(jié)構(gòu)精簡，高速，穩(wěn)定而且節(jié)能，不僅能滿足快速生產(chǎn)需要，而且操作容易，全自動化生產(chǎn)。
2：模頭系統(tǒng)：采用中心入料分流式和芯型互補流道式，型胚壁厚均勻，換色快捷，從單層到三層滿足客戶不同的需求。
3控制系統(tǒng)：整機動作控制采用PLC人機界面，顯示機械動作的實時監(jiān)控功能，可顯示多種語言，如，中文，英文等，實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)多功能和智能化。
4擠出系統(tǒng)：采用變頻調(diào)速電機驅(qū)動和硬齒面減速器，螺桿設(shè)計既能滿足高產(chǎn)量，也能塑化均勻。
5：開合模系統(tǒng)：單，雙工位平移+線性導(dǎo)軌+大梁壁圓柱軸，機器運行更穩(wěn)定。
SLBY series;

1：塑化系統(tǒng)：塑化混煉螺桿，確保塑料塑化充分，均勻。
2：液壓系統(tǒng)：雙比例控制，擺架采用直線導(dǎo)軌加機械式減壓，運行更加平穩(wěn)高速，配備進口液壓元器件，穩(wěn)定，可靠。
3：擠出系統(tǒng)：變頻調(diào)速+硬齒面減速機，調(diào)速平穩(wěn)，噪音低，經(jīng)久耐用。
4：控制系統(tǒng)：此機采用PLC人機界面（中文或者英文）控制，觸摸式操作屏操作，可工藝設(shè)定，改變，檢索，監(jiān)控，故障診斷等功能均能在觸摸屏上實現(xiàn)。方便操作。
5：開合模系統(tǒng)：大梁臂，三點位，中心鎖模機構(gòu)，鎖模力均衡，不變形，有精度高，阻力少，速度快等特點。
SLBK series

1:此機適合生產(chǎn)200ML-10L的塑料中空制品，采用曲肘鎖模系統(tǒng)，能耗低，中心鎖模，鎖模力大，速度快，運行更平穩(wěn)。
2開合模系統(tǒng)：特別設(shè)計對衡式鎖模機構(gòu)，使用高壓鎖模，鎖模板受力設(shè)在模板中心，鎖模力大，開放式的堅固鎖模板，即使超寬模具也裝的下。
3模頭系統(tǒng)：均采用38CrMaALA等材料，經(jīng)精密加工和熱處理制成。
4：液壓系統(tǒng)：全油壓雙比例液壓控制，配備進口液壓閥及油泵，穩(wěn)定，可靠。
5自動飛邊裝置：除溢裝置能切除制品的余料，并設(shè)有直推式除溢裝置和旋刀式除溢裝置，真正實現(xiàn)無人工操作全自動設(shè)備。
SLBU series:
